Ebony is a 20-year entrepreneurial veteran who started her journey at 22 as a single mom of two. She left her corporate job and, within a month, transformed her side hustle into a six-figure daycare business, eventually expanding to two locations. She then pivoted to real estate, turning that venture into another six-figure success, all while working around the clock and barely seeing her children. Realizing this wasn't sustainable, she founded a virtual assistant company, which also hit six figures within a year.
Now, Ebony is a mindset coach, helping women build fulfilling, profitable businesses without sacrificing their personal lives.
During our conversation, we tackled the myth that you have to choose between career success and quality time with loved ones. Ebony firmly believes you can have it all: multiple six-figure businesses and quality time with your children. The key lies in doing the inner work, changing your relationship with productivity, and redefining what it means to be a high achiever.
Many women believe that if they’re not constantly productive, they’re lazy. This mindset leads to burnout and a scarcity mentality. Ebony teaches that rest and holidays are essential for sustainable success, and fearing the loss of money only keeps you stuck in scarcity.
Join us as we shatter these myths and empower you to build a life and business that you love.
